Cleanup will last 2 to 5 hours\, dependent upon river section assigned. \n\n\n\nJoin us to clean up the Brazos! Bring your kayaks or canoes and life jackets to help remove litter. DESCRIPTION:The 20th Annual River Clean Up will be held on July 22\, 2023. The Upper Guadalupe River Authority\, with the support of many community partners\, will provide cleanup supplies and coordinate trash disposal. Volunteers will receive an Annual River Clean Up t-shirt\, other freebies\, and an entry in the prize drawing. This is a community event to remove trash from the Guadalupe River and the watershed throughout Kerr County and to raise awareness about the problem of litter in the community. \n\n\n\nRegistration is open through July 7th but volunteers who register before June 30th will have their shirt sizes guaranteed\, as well as the option to pick up cleanup supplies the week leading up to the event to cut down on time reporting to your site the morning of July 22nd. The Plan is to shuttle some paddlers to the Hebron Parkway launch so that can come down river \, put some on at I -35 and launch more from McInnish.  \n\n\n\nThere will be some extra canoes available on a first come first served basis. If you have a trailer\, please plan on bringing it to help shuttle people around. \n\n\n\nWe will also need people cleaning up from shore\, especially in the park\, so the more the merrier.  \n\n\n\nFor your hard work you will provided with all the ice cold watermelon you can eat.  DDRC will also provide bottled water and trash bags. SUMMARY:Hidalgo Falls Member Camping Fee
DESCRIPTION:Current TRPA Members are able to overnight tent camp at Hidalgo Falls.  Camping fees are in addition to the day use fees per member. Children 10 and under are free. \n\n\n\nAll non-member guests must register also and pay the daily use fee ($5 per guest) in addition to non-member tent camping fee.  \n\n\n\nHidalgo Falls Festival weekend has special rates.  \n\n\n\nTent or RV camp in the shady campground with access to picnic tables\, electricity\, water and restrooms with showers. There is a small covered pavilion that fits 2 picnic tables that can be reserved as well. \n\n\n\nRestricted access property.  Members must use gate code to enter.  Gate must be re-locked upon each entry or exit.  All vehicles must be registered. Unregistered vehicles will be considered trespassing and at risk of being towed. \n\n\n\nIf you intend to bring an RV\, call or text (713) 828-7582 in advance. There is limited electrical (20 amp) and water hookups. No 30 amp outlets. Bring extension cord.
