Since this is the first year under the new bylaws, all twelve board of directors members will be elected. Starting in 2025 annual elections will be held for 4 board members who will serve three-year terms.
If you have a desire to serve on the board of this organization, this is your chance. Let Tom Goynes know by January 25, and send a short bio about yourself. You must be a current member to serve on the board, inquiries on membership status and interest on the board can be directed to tomgoynes@mac.com

Ballots will be sent by February 3. Folks can vote by e-mail or by regular mail or electronically (the info will be in the email). We will count the ballots that have been mailed e-mailed or sent electronically and the ballots of members who vote in person at our Annual Meeting, on March 3rd. This is the Sunday after the San Marcos River Clean Up. There will be a 1 hour general meeting starting at 10 am, followed by a 1 hour Board meeting. We will once again have a Zoom link for anyone wanting to participate remotely. We welcome agenda topics for the General Meeting.
